ActivePhaze is DJ/COMPOSER project that launched in May 2005 in New York City. Max Semenov is the person behind this activity. Life-long music addict, vynil mostly DJ, moved to NYC in 2000 from Russia's most western point, Kaliningrad (a hip city surrounded by the EU:). Immediately consumed by the rave scene from the mid 90's, focused life's priorities to discovering new music and fresh sounds that are never enough. . In the late 90's took my part as DJ A.Freakansky, one of the of the HOLYGUNZ TRIBE (www.holycorner.narod.ru), hard and minimal techno crew in Kaliningrad.
