Absynthe started in early 2000 as a thought in lead singer Crimson's mind. The band slowly formed from there into an amazing Gothic/Industrial band. They have just recently finished recording their second album DEMONstration that should be released sometime in December. At the moment they have their five track album, Worship and Revulsion. They have only toured as far south as New York but they plan on touring further this coming summer. Their music cannot be defined as one genre or another. You have to label each song a different genre. Some songs are considered gothic as some others are considered grundge/punk. This band has been through a lot in the past years and they are still playing hard and rocking out every chance they get. This is not just a band to the members. This is their life.
