A Shore Scenic Romance was in late 2003 in Pataskala, Ohio. Driven by melodic guitar riffs, heavy drum lines and catchy choruses - A.S.S.R. blends post-hardcore with emo and punk to create the sounds that can only be defined as their own. Over the years, A.S.S.R. has endeared many member resignations, making them one of those bands that just won't die no matter how much you try to kill them. "We wanted to create more of a promising sound with our new material. Our music influences have all changed and we've became more aware to our sounds as we've grown." (-Josh) They are currently back in the studio working on the follow-up to "Silence Is Everything", due out this summer.
