A Day in the Life is about a journey. It has a Destination where time and space seem to stand still for just a moment. If you reach this place, how you spend your time there is up to you but my advice to you is that you share it. A Day In The Life is the creative outlet for musician and producer Casey Walke from Longview, Washington. His songs remain emotionally true and musically ambitious. Lyrically songs tell of life, fear, heartache, and the like but, his music is always pushing boundaries, never settling into a specific set of guidelines. His experimentation allows for greater expression. The notes can say things implicitly, through tone, that lyrics can not. It is a subtle medium that is used effectively by A Day in the Life.

He describes music as, Passionate, Guitar-driven, songs inspired by life, love, and loss as a musical backdrop to the autobiography of an individual sharing an emotion, a feeling, a moment in time. Life never fits into a specific genre so neither do songs from A Day In The Life. Drawing from influences like The Smashing Pumpkins and The Beatles A Day In The Life continues to use genres as a palette to create a musical landscape instead of guidelines to conform to. A Day in the Life is currently working with A&R Select, an independent A&R firm based in Hollywood, California. A&R Select is representing the artists work for possible record deals; film, television and video game scores; and publishing deals.
