Meet Alex Williams better known by his moniker AB Da Don. Born and raised in the streets of Bedstuy, Brooklyn, AB was born into a family where hustling was sort of a birth right. Speaking on the life he was raised in he speaks on the situation, “My father was a hustler and even though the things I did wasn’t right it just one of those situations where you’re a product of your environment, he continues “It was all I knew growing up and indeed relates to the old saying you mimic your surroundings.” Spending time in Harlem Valley’s Restrictive Placement due to various crime charges was when AB discovered his musical talents as an emcee. “Those days there were very frustrating and it just came to a point where I was like, I have a story to tell. Life in the streets is crazy and people that lived this life can relate. I know you can’t stay in the streets forever so it now time to do something positive.”
