7MJ is an energetic urban rock band that combines original and cover music with vast roots that include soul, motown, funk and of course Motor City Rock. 7MJ has been influenced by one of the widest music spectrums imaginable. The history of these players includes Rock, Soul, Opera, Motown, Funk, Metal, Classical, Reggae and Classic rock. This unique blend creates an unparalleled musical experience. Melissa received a bachelors in voice performance from Central Michigan University. She’s won Best Vocalist in SAI’s Music Competition and placed 2nd at two NATS Vocal Competitions. Growing up in a home surounded by musicians, Brandon's been a force to be reckoned with on the guitar since he was a wee tot.
