Once or twice in a decade, a musical force struggles to be heard, and rises above the norm…A unique blend of many genres, crossing over generations with roots in many different cultures, we present to you for this decade, the music of 3rdSide. 3rdSide is a rock/reggae band originally from nowhere, but most recently found in Nashville, Tennessee. Vocals, strings, and songs are Derek Windle, and bass is Jeremiah Martel. After a 3- year collaboration between various artists, venues, shows and recordings, 3rdSide has evolved into a dynamic mix of acoustic and electric sounds, underlining them with thought-provoking lyrics and interwoven melodies. Since forming in 2002, 3rdSides’ credits include television and radio performances, internet play, compilation cds, live shows, website music development, recording, and production.
