INTRODUCING 2C Born May 16, 1987, Romeo Mulbah a.k.a. “2C” is hip-hop’s newest lyrical phenom. 2C relocated to the U.S. along with his father and brother in 1992 after a short stint in exile in neighboring Ivory Coast due to the Liberian civil war. His humble introduction to the hip-hop game began with an old tape recorder in his New Orleans apartment bedroom.
