It's a dangerous business trying to pigeon-hole 18crown6... But what this 5-piece have achieved is a beautifully melodic and intensely heavy style, with a backbone of thrilling rhythms. Having had years of band and recording experience, 18crown6 are no stranger to challenge and adversity. Original members Jon Pearson (vocals) and Nick Guest (Guitar) came together as the result of a previous band split and had a vision of creating music that was melodious, epic and heavy. Musically things came together with the addition of Dave Nelson on bass and Nick Munro on drums. The band were writing prolifically, and began to receive great acclaim for their intense style, with songs such as 'Walk on all Fours' hitting the internet and live scene. In 05' Jon's brother Russell was invited into the band as second guitarist, and very soon the band were back in the studio.
